Silpa Cheep Prateep Thai OTOP Event to Showcase Thai Craftsmanship and Community Products

Bangkok: The grand event "Silpa Cheep Prateep Thai OTOP: Uniting Hearts with Royal Blessings" is set to take place from August 8-16 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, highlighting the best OTOP products from across Thailand. Attendees will have the opportunity to take advantage of the "Thai Chuay Thai Plus 60/40" tax incentive program designed to support local entrepreneurs.

According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Lalida Periswiwatana, Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office, announced that the government is inviting the public to participate in the event, scheduled from August 8-16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM at Challenger Hall 1-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. The event is intended to promote OTOP entrepreneurs and community products nationwide, offering a platform to create market opportunities, stimulate the grassroots economy, and provide public access to quality products in one location.

The event will gather OTOP entrepreneurs from various regions, featuring highlights such as master-level Thai silk from the Foundation for the Promotion of Arts and Crafts, an OTOP Luxury zone with premium handicrafts, an area dedicated to amulets and spiritual items, and a FOOD HALL offering dishes from all over Thailand. Attendees can also enjoy daily concerts by renowned artists, participate in special discount flash sales, and have a chance to win gift vouchers worth over 400,000 baht.

Additionally, the "Thai Helps Thai Plus 60/40" scheme can be utilized at the event to help lower the cost of living, support community entrepreneurs, and encourage domestic spending. This initiative aligns with the government's policy to generate income for the grassroots economy and enhance Thai OTOP products to access broader markets.
