According to Thai News Agency, the Singapore model is being considered due to its successful integration of casinos within an entertainment complex, while maintaining strict regulations and oversight. This approach is seen as a potential blueprint for Thailand, aiming to balance economic benefits with social responsibilities. The proposed Entertainment Complex in Thailand is expected to include a variety of attractions, with the casino being just one component. The government seeks to ensure that the complex contributes positively to the economy while addressing concerns about gambling addiction a nd other potential social issues.
