Chonburi: Mr. Sophon Saram, Speaker of the House of Representatives, has taken a significant step in uniting parliamentary officials to build a progressive organization. Together with Ms. Mallika Chiraphanvanich, First Deputy Speaker, and Mr. Lertsak Pattanachaikul, Second Deputy Speaker, Mr. Sophon delivered a special lecture at a seminar focused on "Policy Management for Operational Implementation to Support the Roles and Responsibilities of the Secretariat of the House of Representatives" held at the Wyndham Jomtien Pattaya Hotel.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Sophon emphasized the importance of collective efforts in honoring the contributions of the Secretariat's personnel who have been pivotal in strengthening the organization. He pointed out that the success of the organization relies heavily on the cooperation and dedication of all its members, not just its leaders.
Mr. Sophon also highlighted the necessity of fostering good relationships between the political and civil service sectors. He believes that sincere and respectful interactions can sustain long-term good relationships despite the temporary nature of political roles. Communication was underscored as vital for the organization's image, with a call for clear dissemination of beneficial projects to the public to build trust and understanding.
Further, Mr. Sophon encouraged positive thinking, speaking, and acting among all executives and personnel, urging them to maintain their health and live appropriately at each life stage. He likened the council to a family home, emphasizing shared responsibilities in building a respected organization.
Ms. Mallika Chiraphanvanich stressed the seminar's role in fostering cooperation and camaraderie within the organization. She called on the Secretariat's executives and staff to perform their duties diligently, work collaboratively across departments, and engage in problem-solving discussions. The event also provided a platform for staff to suggest improvements for organizational development.
Mr. Lertsak Pattanachaikul expressed his honor in participating and praised the Speaker's initiative in organizing the event to instill pride among personnel. He motivated everyone to set new life goals and prioritize their health under the leadership of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker.
