Bangkok: Yotchanan revealed that Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) submitted all the information regarding the local government exam to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) yesterday. Meanwhile, the university that organized the exam confirmed that it followed all the terms of reference (TOR).
According to Thai News Agency, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, Yotsanu Wongsawat, addressed the issue of Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) conducting the local government civil service examination for the Department of Local Administration. He stated that after discussions with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation and the Attorney General's office, the matter was divided into two parts. Firstly, regarding the Terms of Reference (TOR), SWU confirmed that it followed all procedures thoroughly and meticulously, submitting all necessary information. This information has also been submitted to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC). Secondly, the process will proceed in parallel, and the outcome will depend on the NACC's decision.
Regarding whether the NACC has requested any additional information, Mr. Yoschanan stated that, as far as he knows, Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) provided all the necessary information yesterday.
