Thai Army Ramps Up Efforts to Drain Water in Bangkok Housing Estate

Bangkok:The Thai army is intensifying efforts to drain water from the Rom Klao 33 housing estate in Bangkok's Lat Krabang District.

According to Thai News Agency, General Sarawut Chan-o-cha, the Commander of the Royal Thai Army Development Command, is personally overseeing the rescue operations aimed at aiding the affected residents.

During his visit, General Sarawut, along with his delegation, inspected the installation and operation of water pumps. These efforts are part of a coordinated approach involving personnel and partner networks to expedite water drainage, reduce water levels, and alleviate residents' suffering as swiftly as possible.

The General assessed the readiness of the water pumps and other equipment, ensuring the personnel were effectively managing the situation. He also visited with the personnel, boosting their morale as they continued their mission to provide efficient assistance to the public.
