Bangkok: Thai stocks closed down 27.22 points with the SET index ending the day at 1,253.60 points, a decrease of 27.22 points, or 2.13%. The trading volume for the day amounted to 48,218.82 million baht.
According to Thai News Agency, the stock trading saw a significant decline, with the index hitting a low of 1,251.40 points and reaching a high of 1,268.61 points. In terms of individual stock performance, 142 stocks increased, 308 decreased, and 209 remained unchanged.
