The Attorney General has ordered charges against Thaksin.

Bangkok: The Attorney General has ordered charges against Thaksin for Section 112 and computer crimes. Appointment to bring the case to court on 18 June. Mr. Prayut Phetkhun, spokesman for the Attorney General, Mr. Wiput Bunprasat, Special Prosecutor for Criminal Division 8, who is the prosecutor responsible for the case against Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra, former Prime Minister, and Mr. Naken Thongpraiwan, Deputy Spokesperson for the Attorney General, announced that the Attorney General has examined the file and has Order to prosecute Mr. Thaksin Shinawatra, former prime minister, for Section 112 and computer crimes. In the case of giving an interview to the media in South Korea in 2015, the case was considered and ordered to be filed on May 27th. But it appears that today Mr. Thaksin Didn't come to listen to the court order. Claimed that he was infected with COVID-19 and assigned a lawyer to bring a medical certificate.
