The Office of the Basic Education Commission is preparing to send children who abused Mathayom 2 students into a cognitive adjustment program.

The Office of the Basic Education Commission is preparing to send 3 children to participate in a mindset adjustment program to volunteer to care for patients affected by violence, to create understanding and reduce the problem of violence in schools. From the incident of a Mathayom 2 female student being physically assaulted by her classmates and seniors, forced to bow down, and then her head was slammed on the floor, Mr. Thanawit Trairat, the director of the educational institution, held a press conference with Mr. Theer Phawangkanan, the deputy secretary-general of the Office of the Basic Education Commission, regarding the solution to the problem. Kan Chom Phalang stated that the family of the 13-year-old girl, who is a special needs child, sent him information to ask for help. All the students in the clip are students at the same school. On the day of the incident, the 13-year-old girl's friend called her to get something from the classroom. At first, the girl didn't want to go, but the friend claimed that her leg hurt, so she had to come. When the girl walked into the classroom, her friend chased the other friends out of the room before the physical assault as seen in the clip. After the incident, the 13-year-old's family went to file a complaint at Thung Song Hong Police Station, but they haven't spoken to the other party yet. However, the relatives want the other party to come and apologize as well. After receiving the report, they contacted the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) and the school to hold a meeting to resolve the issue. Mr. Theer stated that after receiving the case, there was an order from the Minister of Education to come and take care of this matter. It must be said that children under the age of 18 do not have complete learning and may make inaccurate decisions. After this, there will be a change to the new system to change the mindset of the entire system, both the children who caused the incident and the school, in order to see the results that occur from the violence. The plan has a time frame of approximately 3 months. Mr. Thanawit, the school director, stated that the school has information that the victim is a special child whose development is slower than children of the same age. The school has arranged for them to study together with other children, but the school has assessed their learning based on their potential. For the child in question, the school has a plan to adjust the child's behavior to change their thinking by sending the child and their parents to volunteer at the hospital to take care of patients affected by violence, to learn about the impact that has occurred, under the assessment of a child psychologist to see if the child will be allowed to return to school as usual or not. They must be sure that the child will not return to the same behavior. If the assessment passes, the child will be put back into the education system as usual. During the volunteer work, there will be online learning as well. While "Kan Jom Phalang" added that in bringing chil dren back into the system, he wanted the abused children to be brought back into the system first to adjust their mental state, and then the other party's children to be allowed back in later so that the children would not be stressed and would be able to return to school with their classmates as usual.
