Kirisak Tantinwachai, Narcotics Suppression Commissioner, and Pol. Lt. Gen. Panurat Lakboon, Secretary-General of the Narcotics Control Board. Come follow up on solving the drug problem. I have urged action in 3 parts: 1. Crime suppression in border areas. 2. Increasing decisiveness in clearing problem areas and 3. Establishing guidelines for dealing with addicts holding less than 5 methamphetamine pills. Every sector pledges to integrate work and expedite the implementation of all measures. in every area to reduc e the number of both sellers, eaters, and users in society.
