The Senate meeting today (Aug. 7) was chaired by General Singsuek Singphrai, 1st Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives. has considered and approved a person who has been nominated to serve as a member of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) under section 14 of the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption B.E. 2018 by the Nominating Committee Nominate Mr. Posawat Only Kanoknak gave the meeting approval. In which the meeting resolved to approve with 168 votes to 25 votes, 20 abstentions, meaning that it received more than half of the votes. Therefore, it is assumed that the Senate meeting has approved the appointment of Mr. Pasawat as the National Anti-Corruption Commissioner.-Thai News Agency
