The Thai national team's elephants have their final training session before traveling to Vietnam to compete in the LP BANK CUP 2024 football tournament. This morning, Masatada Ishii, the Japanese head coach of the Thai national team, led his players in their final training session at the BGTC 3 training ground before traveling to Hanoi, Vietnam, to participate in the LP BANK CUP 2024 football competition. During this training session, Masatada Ishii focused on enhancing the details of both set pieces, defense and offense. Before training, Waris Chuthong, the right back of the Thai national team, said, 'I am glad to have the opportunity to join the Thai national team for the first time. I admit that I was quite surprised by the opportunity that came so quickly. I will have to try my best in training to gain the opportunity to be sent to the field. I admit that the senior players have very high potential. Being here has taught me a lot, especially seeing Mikkelson play both offensive and defensive games, whic h has made me have to improve my game. Playing against Russia and Vietnam is not an easy game. I would like to ask Thai football fans to support us in this competition. Everyone will try their best. For the Thai national team, they will travel to Vietnam this evening at 6:20 p.m. before playing their first match against Russia on September 7, followed by Vietnam on September 10 at 8:00 p.m. Both matches will be at My Dinh Stadium.
