Bangkok: The Treasury Department has introduced a new online service, D-Value, which provides certified copies of property valuation lists to enhance data transparency and accuracy while facilitating digital transactions without the necessity of visiting an office. According to Thai News Agency, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Ekniti Nitithanprapas, announced that the Ministry of Finance has devised a national economic development strategy grounded on six key pillars: human resource development, new business creation, capital injection, technological advancement, an emphasis on a green economy, and modernizing the public sector to become a more effective government. The Treasury Department's recent launch of D-Value aims to support these strategic goals by providing an accessible and reliable online platform for property valuation.
