Following the shooting incident at Thepsirin Nonthaburi School, which resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries as reported in the media, Viriyah Insurance Public Company Limited expresses its deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the families of the deceased, the injured, and all those affected.
According to Thai News Agency, upon reviewing the information, it was found that Thepsirin Nonthaburi School has a group accident insurance policy for educational institutions (PA for students) with Viriyah Insurance Public Company Limited. In the event of death, the coverage is up to 100,000 baht per person, and in the event of injury, the coverage is 10,000 baht per person.
However, the company has dispatched officers to the area to coordinate with relevant agencies and is ready to pay compensation to the legal heirs of the deceased and those injured, according to the benefits stipulated in the policy terms and conditions. For those injured and hospitalized, officers have already provided support and encouragement to the families and are coordinating with hospitals to facilitate the compensation process as specified in the policy.
