According to Thai News Agency, this event was organized through the collaboration of four key organizations: the Thai-Chinese Media and Business Institute, the Thai-Chinese Journalists Association, the China Media Group's Asia-Africa Center, and the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce, with official support from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Thailand.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of the students' business visions, divided into four groups, each closely supervised by qualified advisors. The Dragon Group was advised by Mr. Saengthong Jensiripanich, the Kilen Group by Mr. Teepakorn Komolphanporn, the Swan Group by Mr. Somsak Pichaibunditkul, and the Singha Group by Ms. Kantharos Hanchaipiboonkul. The program also emphasized breaking down language barriers, with students receiving training in Chinese for business communication led by Professor Yang Changjiang from the Maritime Silk Road Confucius Institute at Dhurakij Pundit University.
