Bangkok:The Bhumjaithai Party's mobile kitchen at their headquarters is actively preparing and distributing meals to those affected by the recent flooding in parts of Bangkok.
According to Thai News Agency, the Phumjai Thai Kitchen, operated by the Bhumjaithai Party, emphasizes the importance of providing "clean, fresh, and new" meals to disaster victims. The kitchen strives to ensure that each boxed meal is reminiscent of homemade family cooking, focusing on quality and taste.
Today, the kitchen has increased its output, adding dishes like sticky rice, fried chicken, and fried pork to meet the urgent needs of flood victims. Volunteers and staff work collaboratively to prepare these meals for timely delivery, using networks of party members and services like GrabFood to reach those in dire situations.
The commitment to quality is underscored by the party's executives, who stress that each meal must be delicious, ample, and nutritious to prevent further hardship for the recipients. Rigorous hygiene standards are maintained, with staff required to wear protective gear such as hairnets, masks, and gloves, ensuring that the food is prepared with the utmost care, as if it were for their own families.
