Bangkok: Meet celebrities from various fields in the program "The Art of Self-Reflection" on Channel 9, starting this Sunday, June 7th.
According to Thai News Agency, this June, viewers are invited to tune in to Channel 9 every Sunday at 9:30 AM for 'The Lesson of Self-Reflection,' a program supported by the Safe and Creative Media Development Fund and produced by D-Club Production Co., Ltd. The show aims to build resilience among audiences affected by the mental health challenges posed by toxic media. It will feature stories of individuals who have been harmed by such media and demonstrate how they have turned these experiences into valuable life lessons.
The program will feature renowned figures, including Ping Lamphraploeng, Akkarin Puri (or Rang Phranakhon), Earn Watyai, Wonderframe-Supakchaya Sukbaiyen, Bo.Bu-Buranich Rattanawichien, Chatchai Chamnierkul (or Ball Chernyim), Ekkarat Wongchalad (or Dax Rockrider), Pat-Napapa Tantrakul, Rasameekae-Jam Fakuellon, Tukky-Sudarat Butprom, Manoch Puttan, Lek-Fandeen Janyathanakorn, Sanchai Wanpirat (or Ajarn Beer Khontuedtham), and others. The show will explore "Lessons Learned" by examining the problems and impacts of media, various case studies, and the dangers of consuming toxic media, followed by "Exercises" in finding solutions. Lastly, "Assessment" will focus on understanding and learning from media interactions.
