Instead, the team spent an hour in the fitness center at Tsumagoi Resort Sainosato, preparing for their second group stage match in Group E against Chinese Taipei. This comes after Thailand's loss to Japan in their first match, while Chinese Taipei secured a victory over Vietnam.
Before the training session, Phisamai Son-sai, a defender for Taichung Blue Whale in the Chinese Taipei League, stated that the team is well-prepared. She noted, "We are ready, and our physical condition is improving steadily after the recovery period. This Chinese Taipei team has quite a few quality players, including two who have switched nationalities from Japan, strengthening the team. They've been training together since the Asian Cup."
