Chonburi: Chonburi FC has announced the termination of Uker van Linken's contract. The club has reached an agreement to terminate the contract of its foreign striker, Uker van Lingen, from Chonburi Daikin Stadium by mutual consent between both parties.
According to Thai News Agency, the 26-year-old Uker van Lingen joined Chonburi FC from Suphanburi FC before the start of the 2025/26 season. He was an important player for the team, making 32 appearances in all competitions, scoring 11 goals, and providing 7 assists during the past season.
Before the commencement of the 2026/27 season, van Lingen expressed his desire to return to his family in his home country. After deliberation, both the player and the club agreed to terminate the contract amicably, maintaining respect and good friendship.
