CKPower Achieves Milestone with Fifth Consecutive Inclusion in ESG100 List

Bangkok: CK Power Public Company Limited (CKPower, ticker symbol: CKP), a major renewable energy provider in the region, has been recognized by the Thai Institute of Directors (ThaiPat) as one of the ESG100 companies for 2026. This marks the fifth consecutive year CKPower has been honored in this list, selected from 931 listed securities, highlighting its exemplary performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects.

According to Thai News Agency, CKPower was one of seven companies in the energy and utilities sector chosen from a group of 72 securities within the resource category. The accolade underscores the company's dedication to corporate governance, transparency, risk management, and ESG opportunities, all while creating sustainable value across its business operations. Mr. Thanawat Triwisawawet, Managing Director of CK Power, accepted the "ESG100 Certificate" from Dr. Pipat Yodpruittikarn, Chairman of the Thai Institute of Directors, at a ceremony held in the Viriya Thavorn Building in Bangkok.

Mr. Thanawat emphasized that CKPower's inclusion in the ESG100 index for the fifth consecutive year is a testament to the company's unwavering commitment to sustainable business management. The firm focuses on financial performance, transparency in operations, and ESG strategies to prepare for future energy transitions and challenges.

CKPower follows the CKP sustainability strategy, focusing on three pillars: C - Clean Electricity, aiming to use exclusively renewable energy sources by 2043 and increasing its renewable energy capacity to over 95% by the same year; K - Kind Neighbor, which centers on enhancing community and stakeholder value while upholding human rights; and P - Partnership for Life, promoting sustainable growth through investment and innovation to bolster regional energy security and deliver long-term benefits to customers and shareholders.

Dr. Pipat highlighted that CKPower's consistent performance in ESG aspects has been pivotal in its selection for the ESG100 index again in 2026. The Thai Institute of Directors evaluates companies based on publicly available information and an analysis of their management capabilities.
