Dramatic Bus Crashes into Tree on Lat Phrao Road, Injuring 10 Passengers

Bangkok: A dramatic incident occurred when an air-conditioned bus veered off course and crashed into a tree on Lat Phrao Road, injuring dozens of passengers. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident.

According to Thai News Agency, at 7:13 AM today (July 11), an air-conditioned bus lost control and crashed into a tree on Ladprao Road near Soi Ladprao 112, Phlapphla Subdistrict, Wang Thonglang District, Bangkok.

At the scene, a three-lane road, a blue air-conditioned bus was found on the sidewalk in the left lane. Its front was severely damaged, the windshield shattered, and it had crashed into an electrical control box and uprooted a roadside tree, causing traffic congestion in the area.

Initially, volunteer rescue teams rushed to assist passengers trapped inside the bus and injured, totaling 8 women and 2 men. They were transported to Phetchawet Hospital and Ladprao Hospital, for a total of 10 injured. Authorities are working to remove the bus from the area and investigate the cause of the accident.
