Phayao: The escaped prisoner from Rong Ha Prison in Phayao Province has been recaptured. Regarding the escape of inmate Decharat or "Nott" Chukamhom from Rong Ha Temporary Prison in Phayao Province at 3:00 PM yesterday, authorities have successfully recaptured him at 4:00 AM. He was apprehended in Ban Pin Nuea village, Ban Pin subdistrict, Dok Kham Tai district, Phayao Province.
