F-16 Fighter Jets Destroy Strategic Bridge Used for Troop Reinforcement

Trat: The Royal Thai Air Force deployed F-16 fighter jets on a border mission in Trat province, destroying the Chai Chum Nea bridge after discovering Cambodia was using it as a route to reinforce troops and heavy weapons near the border.

According to Thai News Agency, at 6:00 AM this morning, the Royal Thai Air Force deployed two F-16 fighter jets to the Trat border area, targeting the Chai Chum Nea Bridge in Ban Thamada, Pursat Province, Cambodia. This operation was initiated following reports from the Royal Thai Navy that the bridge was being utilized to bring additional troops and heavy weapons into the border area of Trat Province.

The F-16 fighter jets conducted three bombing runs, circling twice before each drop: the first at 6:00 AM, the second at 6:07 AM, and the third at 6:12 AM. Initial reports indicate that the bridge sustained significant damage from the attacks.
