According to Thai News Agency, the Government Housing Bank (GHB) reported the results of its second auction of second-hand homes in 2026, held on June 6, 2026. The auction attracted significant public interest, resulting in the sale of 771 properties totaling 840 million baht. This reflects the strong demand for second-hand homes. The highest-selling property, at 8.83 million baht, was a four-story townhouse with a land area of 48.4 square meters in Bueng Kum District, Bangkok, due to its proximity to amenities. The lowest-selling property, at 65,000 baht, was a second-floor condominium with a land area of 21.84 square meters in Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, chosen for its location near a community.

Eleven properties were successfully auctioned off for 1.06 million baht. These included a two-story townhouse with a land area of 22.20 square wah in Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province, due to its convenient location and easy access. Winning bidders who sign a purchase agreement between June 8th and 19th, 2026, can take advantage of a special 0% interest rate loan promotion, fixed for the first two years (terms and conditions apply as defined by the bank).
