The highest-selling property, at 8.83 million baht, was a four-story townhouse with a land area of 48.4 square meters in Bueng Kum District, Bangkok, due to its proximity to amenities. The lowest-selling property, at 65,000 baht, was a second-floor condominium with a land area of 21.84 square meters in Sam Phran District, Nakhon Pathom Province, chosen for its location near a community.
Eleven properties were successfully auctioned off for 1.06 million baht. These included a two-story townhouse with a land area of 22.20 square wah in Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province, due to its convenient location and easy access.
