Bangkok: Joy T-Skirt, formerly a singer of a renowned girl group, has shared encouraging news regarding her battle with stage 4 cervical cancer. Joy Thanaporn Sonthikhan, known by her stage name Joy T-Skirt, recently appeared on the show Toh Noo Maem with host Noo Maem Suriwipa to discuss her health journey and the positive developments in her condition.

According to Thai News Agency, Joy has been undergoing a rigorous treatment plan involving chemotherapy, radiation, and mineral implants. Despite the challenges, Joy reported a significant reduction in the size of her tumor. Initially measuring 5 centimeters, the tumor has now decreased to 1.5 centimeters following a year of comprehensive treatment, which began in February. Joy emphasized the importance of resilience and strength throughout the treatment process, sharing that while her physical and mental fortitude remains strong, the journey has not been without its difficulties. She noted the impact of chemotherapy, particularly the loss of her hair, as a visible sign of the hard battle she continues to fight.
