Land Owned by Boom Panadda and Got Athip Discovered in Pathum Thani

Pathum Thani:A plot of land measuring over 25 rai (approximately 10 acres) belonging to Boom Panadda and Got Athip has been discovered in Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani Province.

According to Thai News Agency, reporters inspected the land and buildings in Nong Suea District, which total over 24 rai. Information was received that 20 rai of this land belongs to Boom Panadda Wongphudee and her husband, Got Athip. The first location, next to Wat Chulachindaram in Moo 6, Bueng Kasam Subdistrict, covers an area of 20 rai and includes a large pond, a warehouse, a prefabricated house, and numerous tents for storing consumer goods.

The second location is along Canal 9 in Moo 7, covering an area of 4 rai (approximately 1.6 acres). A 4-meter-high black fence surrounds the property, which contains a warehouse, white tents, and a staff accommodation building used as a storage and distribution center for disaster relief supplies. However, the area has been unusually quiet over the past week. Local residents and a former Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) member indicated that the land has been gradually acquired and developed over the past two years to store donated items for distribution. Following the news, construction and relocation activities ceased immediately.

Villagers reported that part of the area was originally excavated for soil sales, resulting in a pond before Got Athip and Boom Panadda purchased it for their foundation's activities and housing construction. Since the news surfaced, construction has halted, and no further activity has been observed.

At Boom's "Good Deeds Foundation" in Khlong 8, Thanyaburi District, the atmosphere remains quiet and deserted despite rumors of a possible search by Crime Suppression Division police. By the afternoon, no officers were present, and the four buildings were closed with no staff in sight. Only a few cars were parked at the location.

At 220 PM, a car marked with the Land Department logo was seen taking pictures of the foundation's front before driving away. On the opposite side of the road, where a similar high wall stands along with a construction workers' camp, all workers have disappeared. Local speculation suggests that the two plots of land across the road may also belong to Boom Panadda, but this requires further investigation.
