Mallika Strategically Registers as Candidate Number 14 for Bangkok Gubernatorial Race

Bangkok: Mallika Mahasuk has strategically registered herself as candidate number 14 in the upcoming Bangkok gubernatorial race, aligning with her 14 campaign strategies.

According to Thai News Agency, Mallika revealed her intention to secure the number 14, which aligns with her campaign strategies. She mentioned that if she couldn't obtain the top number, she preferred the bottom one. Mallika plans to continue her campaign by visiting 1-2 districts daily, expressing confidence in her understanding of the challenges faced by Bangkok residents.

After the candidates completed drawing their numbers, it was reported that Mallika arrived one minute late, making her the last candidate to draw. She stated that initially, there were 15 applicants, but upon learning that 13 had already arrived, she intentionally entered as the 14th candidate to secure her preferred number.

For her campaign, Mallika plans to visit 14 locations, focusing on areas affected by PM2.5 air pollution, creative economy zones, and places requested by the public. The campaign will begin at the Victory Monument, followed by a visit to Yaowarat Road in the evening. The campaign trail will involve meeting with citizens across 1-2 districts each day, as the campaign team has studied the issues and understands the context of each area in Bangkok well.
