Manchester: Premier League giants Manchester United are eyeing a loan move for Atletico Madrid midfielder Conor Gallagher during the January transfer window. The Red Devils loaned Conor Gallagher to strengthen the midfield.
According to Thai News Agency, Manchester United wanted Gallagher to join the team since last summer, but Atletico Madrid refused to loan him, insisting that he must be bought outright for a fee of 30 million euros (approximately 1,140 million baht).
However, with Gallagher lacking a starting position in Diego Simeone’s team and Atletico Madrid also ready to sell the English midfielder, it is increasingly likely that they will let the former Chelsea midfielder go to the Red Devils on loan in the winter transfer window.
