According to Thai News Agency, "Chang Natural Mineral Water" continues its commitment to developing Thai golf by organizing the "Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit 2026" for the 12th consecutive year. The tournament meets World Ranking standards recognized by three leading institutions: Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS), World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR), and is uniquely certified by the Department of Physical Education in Thailand. The competition is structured into three age categories for both boys and girls, utilizing the Stroke Play format on professional-grade courses. Qualifying rounds are conducted at six locations nationwide to select talented golfers who will represent Thailand in the International Championship against junior golfers from around the world.
The 'Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit 2026' qualifying round, event number 6, was certified by Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS) and saw participation from over 100 junior golfers aged 8-22. The competition results were as follows:
In the Junior category for ages 8-12, Sirawich Onsri won the men's category with a score of +2 (73-75-148), while Nalinthicha Natthradol claimed the women's category with +16 (83-79-162).
In the Super Junior group for ages 13-18, Phut Nukool Udomphanich triumphed in the men's category with -4 (76-66-142), and Pimnyada Nuchanat won the women's category with +4 (79-71-150).
In the Special Class category for ages 19-22, Kritsada Lekruangsin won the men's category with -1 (74-71-145), and Krittiya Thanintharndamrongdech secured the women's category with -1 (73-72-145).
Selected participants will progress to the 'Chang Thailand Junior Golf Circuit 2026' International Championship, accredited by the World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) and uniquely certified by the Department of Physical Education in Thailand. This opportunity allows participants to enhance their education at universities both locally and internationally. The competition will occur from September 2nd to 6th, 2026, at Lakeview Resort and Golf Club in Phetchaburi Province. The Dream Prize includes intensive training with leading PGA Tour coaches, featuring an exclusive program led by Dr. Rick Sessinghaus from Flow Code Golf Academy, mentor to world-renowned golfer Collin Morikawa.
