Bangkok: The Prime Minister has reassured the public that there is no cause for concern following the late-night flight of F-16 fighter jets. He emphasized that the event was merely a scheduled training exercise and not related to any border security measures.
According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul addressed the issue before chairing the weekly cabinet meeting. He confirmed that the F-16 deployment was strictly a training operation and not an indication of troop activity along the border. The Prime Minister reiterated that there was no underlying threat or heightened security concern linked to the exercise.
