According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul mentioned in an interview regarding former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra's royal pardon that he learned of it from the news and extended his congratulations. He emphasized that the day was auspicious and refrained from discussing other topics.
Mr. Anutin also invited the public to a candle-lighting ceremony at Sanam Luang at 7:00 PM to honor Her Majesty Queen Sirikit's 4th cycle birthday celebration. He encouraged citizens to participate in the event by lighting candles to offer blessings.
Additionally, reporters noted that the Prime Minister began using a black Toyota bZ4X, with license plate JT32 Bangkok, marking a switch to a new model electric car.
