Metropolitan Police detectives ask the court to issue arrest warrants for three people who sold ammunition to 14-year-olds after the shooting incident at Paragon. Recently, 1 person has been caught.
Pol. Lt. Gen. Thiti Saengsaeng, commander of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, along with Pol. Maj. Gen. Noppasin Poolsawat, deputy commander of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, arrested Mr. Passakorn or Nikki, 27 years old, the suspect under a Criminal Court arrest warrant. Southern Bangkok on charges of "jointly selling ammunition for trade without permission" and arrested at a house on Soi Phetkasem 94, Bang Khae Nuea Subdistrict, Bang Khae District, Bangkok.
From the search, 13 items were found as follows: 2 firearms with a Grade 4 certificate, semi-automatic Glock pistols, Smith and Wesson revolvers, 4 boxes + 5 rounds of size 9 bullets, 7 boxes of .380 caliber bullets, 500 caliber bullets. 11 boxes of .22 bullets, 14 boxes of shotgun ammunition, 14 boxes of .38 caliber bullets, 2 boxes of .45 caliber bullets, 1 box of 357 caliber bullets, 2 boxes of 7.65 caliber bullets, totaling 2,765 rounds, 3 telephones, parcel boxes
. Lots of unpacked items, lots of equipment for packing products.
As for the case, it is related to the case of Pathumwan Police Station where a 14-year-old child was used to cause the aforementioned incident. Therefore, the court has been asked for permission to arrest the accused. Pol. Maj. Gen. Noppasin We are in the process of going to the area to investigate the said crime scene.
Meanwhile, news reports say that the Public Health Office, along with the investigation team from the Yannawa Police Station, expanded the results by arresting three people who sold weapons to 14-year-olds, and obtained evidence confirming additional crimes.
