According to Thai News Agency, the explosion and fire occurred this morning at 9:30 a.m. in a rice bran oil refining building at a rice mill on Asia Road in Village No. 2, Lak Fa Subdistrict, Chaiyo District. They were immediately transported to Chaiyo Hospital for treatment.

In response to the fire, officials coordinated with over 10 fire trucks from nearby areas to control the blaze and evacuate workers. The task was challenging due to strong winds and the potential threat posed by approximately 15,000 liters of flammable Oxyaxon stored within the rice mill.

Security officials reported that two explosions were heard preceding the fire, prompting a rapid notification to authorities. The coordinated efforts of the fire trucks were crucial in assisting with the situation.
