Sek Loso Released on Parole, Announces Concert Tour

Bangkok: Sek Loso has been granted parole and will be released on June 24. His concert schedule was immediately posted on his Facebook page.

According to Thai News Agency, the Royal Decree granting amnesty in 2026 has led to the release of several prisoners. Among them is Thaksin Shinawatra, who was under probation and subsequently freed. Sek Loso, a well-known figure, was also released as he met the amnesty criteria and had less than a year remaining on his sentence. He had been involved in a rehabilitation program at Khao Kling temporary prison in Phetchaburi province, part of the "???????" (Kamlangjai) project, aimed at improving prisoners' quality of life. This program is set to conclude on June 23.

Sek Loso's Facebook page is now active, announcing his concert schedule. He officially shared news of his release on June 24 at approximately 9:00 AM, with concerts lined up until the end of July. The announcement read, "Sek really wants to play concerts. He asks me to thank everyone again." His first concert post-release is scheduled at MCC Hall, The Mall Bangkapi, with tickets for the event already sold out.
