Bangkok: The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and Kasikornbank (KBank) jointly organized a seminar titled "Journey to IPO: Upgrading Businesses for Sustainable Growth." The event aimed to enhance entrepreneurs' understanding of leveraging the capital market to propel their businesses, as well as to facilitate discussions on the succession of family businesses across generations.
According to Thai News Agency, the seminar was conducted in collaboration with Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited and featured key figures such as Sarawis Krairiksh, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Marketing at SET, and Amnuay Jiramahapoka, Deputy Managing Director and Deputy Head of Marketing at SET, overseeing issuers. They were joined by Dithichai Limpodom, Senior Vice President of Kasikornbank; Pongsak Pruksapaisan, Head of Investment Banking at Kasikornbank; and Tinphan Wangli, Managing Director of Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited.
The seminar attracted over 90 entrepreneurs who engaged in learning sessions and shared experiences to better prepare for sustainable business practices. This initiative reflects the ongoing efforts by SET and KBank to support the business community's growth through informed strategies and collaborative exchanges.
