Bangkok: The 'Show Your Wisdom' project has announced the launch of a new training course aimed at empowering community development professionals with the principles of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. This initiative seeks to lay a strong foundation for grassroots economic development and community strengthening.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Sumet Tantivejkul, Director and Senior Special Advisor of the Chaipattana Foundation, addressed the attendees at the orientation ceremony for the 'New Generation Sufficiency Economy Community Developer Training Program'. The event, under the 'Show Your Wisdom' project, took place at the C-ASEAN Center, CW Tower, Ratchada. Mr. Thapana Sirivadhanabhakdi, CEO of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sufficiency Economy Community (Thailand) Co., Ltd., along with advisors and the SE working group, extended a warm welcome to Mr. Sumet.
The 'Show Bhumi' project was conceived with the aim of developing self-sufficient community developers at the district level across the nation. It is positioned as a key initiative to promote grassroots economic growth, enhance community resilience, and improve the quality of life sustainably. The project operates by integrating the sufficiency economy philosophy as its guiding framework, ensuring that community development is both effective and enduring.
