Nakhon sawan: C.P. Land Public Company Limited is accelerating its expansion into the low-rise housing market within key economic cities, investing over 2.5 billion baht in the provinces of Nakhon Sawan and Phitsanulok. The aim is to provide high-standard housing for quality buyers who prefer to reside close to their hometowns.
According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Damrongsak Thungngen, Senior Director of the Residential Business Group at C.P. Land, highlighted the growth potential of the premium single-family home market in major economic hubs. This potential is fueled by the purchasing power of developers, business owners, and younger families who prioritize quality of life. With a growing base of local developers, business owners, medical personnel, and families with high purchasing power, Nakhon Sawan and Phitsanulok emerge as strategic locations for C.P. Land's high-end residential expansion. However, the supply of premium single-family homes remains limited in these areas. To address this, the company has launched the SOLVANI project, incorporating the unique characteristics of each city into its contemporary architecture. The project in Nakhon Sawan embodies a Modern Chinese concept, while Phitsanulok's design reflects "A Touch of LANNA Charm," aiming to evoke pride and connection among residents and their hometowns.
Mr. Katha Chinbanchorn, a feng shui expert and specialist in auspicious space design, emphasized the importance of a home that fosters balance in daily life, family relationships, and the surrounding environment. According to him, designs that consider direction, light, wind, and spatial arrangement can promote positive energy, happiness, and an enhanced quality of life for residents in the long term.
