According to Thai News Agency, this is good news for Mr. Kasem and the Narongdej family. The Supreme Court’s ruling (No. 3781/2568) designates Mr. Kris Narongdej, the eldest son of Khunying Porntip Narongdej, as the sole executor of the multi-billion baht estate, in accordance with the deceased’s wishes. The court cited his suitability and competence in managing the estate as intended, his successful fulfillment of many provisions of the will, and the testator’s trust and appreciation for Mr. Kris’s contributions to the family, as described by his mother in the will. Furthermore, Mr. Kris has consistently enjoyed the trust of his father and younger brothers.
After nearly two years of reviewing various case files, the Supreme Court ruled that Mr. Kris Narongdej is the sole executor of the estate, in accordance with his mother’s wishes. He also has the absolute authority to determine the method of distributing the inheritance.
