According to Thai News Agency, the final event of the men’s decathlon at the 2025 SEA Games was the 1,500-meter race, held at Supachalasai Stadium, National Stadium. “Park” Suttisak Singkhon, a two-time defending champion, completed the race in 5 minutes 35.57 seconds. His performance in this event contributed significantly to his overall score, allowing him to clinch the silver medal.
The gold medal was awarded to Hoget Delos Santos from the Philippines, who achieved a total score of 6,917 points. Meanwhile, Rizsan Aiden Fauzan from Indonesia earned the bronze medal with a total of 6,582 points.
