Bangkok: The Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) has conducted a raid resulting in the arrest of Nana Raibeena on charges related to fraud and public deception regarding loans. She has been taken into custody for further questioning by authorities.
According to Thai News Agency, officers from the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD), specifically under Division 4 (ECD 4), apprehended the 45-year-old suspect at her home in the Phra Khanong area. The charges against her include fraud and breaching the Emergency Decree on Fraudulent Loans from the Public, following numerous complaints lodged by victims with ECD 4.
Police officials have confirmed that Nana Raibeena is currently being held at the Technology Crime Suppression Division’s Division 4, Central Investigation Bureau, to facilitate the ongoing investigation and questioning process.
