According to Thai News Agency, The airline has provided specific telephone numbers for passengers to receive information regarding the delivery of their stranded baggage. Passengers may receive calls from the following numbers 0-2137-0621 to 40, 0-2137-3491, 0-2137-3492, 0-2137-3494, and 0-2137-3580.
Thai Airways has advised passengers to verify their contact details to ensure timely and accurate delivery of their baggage. For those wishing to inquire about the status of their baggage or self-collection locations, the airline offers a 24-hour contact line at 0-2134-5466 to 68.
