Bangkok: Authorities in Georgia are urgently tracking down influencer "Hlun Solo" after he traveled to film content. A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that the Consular Department is coordinating with Georgia to urgently locate "Hlun Solo," a Thai travel influencer who has been out of contact since traveling to Georgia to film content.
According to Thai News Agency, Ms. Jaithai Upakarnnitikaset, Director-General of the Department of Information and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, stated that Mr. "Hlun Solo," or Mr. Bowornthat Pengsuk, the owner of an online travel channel, has been out of contact with his relatives while filming content in Georgia for approximately two weeks. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Department of Consular Affairs and the Royal Thai Embassy in Ankara, Turkey (which also oversees Georgia), has been closely monitoring the situation. The Embassy has coordinated with local Georgian officials, the prospective Honorary Consul of Thailand in Georgia, and a network of Thai volunteers in the area to help locate Mr. Bowornthat.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been working closely with Mr. Bowornthat's family, and Georgian authorities are making every effort to track down any leads on Mr. Bowornthat. The Ministry will provide updates as soon as there is any progress.
