Thai National Football Team Announces 25-Player Squad for 2026 ASEAN Championship

Bangkok: The Football Association of Thailand under Royal Patronage has officially unveiled the 25-player squad selected to represent the nation in the upcoming 2026 ASEAN Football Championship. The tournament is scheduled to take place from July 24 to August 26, 2026.

According to Thai News Agency, the players will gather at the Novotel Future Park Rangsit Hotel on July 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM, before commencing their evening training session at the BG Training Center. The team, featuring players from various top clubs, includes Kamphol Pathomarkakul of Ratchaburi FC, Korakod Pipatnadda from Muangthong United Football Club, and Chatchai Budprom of Buriram United Football Club among others.

The Thai national team is set to compete in Group B, with their first match against Laos on July 25, 2026, at the Laos National Stadium No. 16. Following this, they will face Malaysia on August 1, 2026, at the Rajamangala National Stadium. They will then travel to the Philippines to play on August 4, 2026, at the New Clark City Athletic Stadium, before returning to Thailand for their final group match against Myanmar on August 8, 2026, at the Rajamangala National Stadium.
