Bangkok: Stithorn Thananithichot, a lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University, highlighted the significance of the ASEAN Summit and the APEC Summit as pivotal moments for Thailand’s enhanced role on the international stage.
According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul’s leadership in these forums has been instrumental in restoring confidence in Thailand by implementing proactive diplomatic strategies aimed at attracting investment and bolstering geopolitical security.
Mr. Stithorn emphasized that the participation in these summits is not just ceremonial but part of a strategic plan to reestablish Thailand’s centrality in the region amidst global power dynamics.
