Thap Lan National Park has issued a warning to tourists to be cautious following images that emerged of a tourist encountering a tiger walking in the middle of the road while driving up to Khao Salad Dai, Ban Phutthachat, Thai Samakkhi Subdistrict, Wang Nam Khiao District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
According to Thai News Agency, Thap Lan National Park has dispatched officers to patrol the area to monitor tiger behavior and coordinate with relevant agencies to ensure strict monitoring. Tourists are also warned not to climb Pha Rak Salad Dai during dusk or dawn for safety reasons.
