Bangkok: Their Majesties King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Queen Jetsun Pema Wangchuck of Bhutan paid their respects on Thursday to the late Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati at the Grand Palace. The Bhutanese monarchs proceeded to Phiman Rattaya Throne Hall inside the palace complex at 9:25 a.m., where they laid a wreath and paid respects before the royal urn of the Princess.
According to Thai News Agency, the King and Queen of Bhutan also attended the Satthamawan (7th-day) royal memorial service for the late Princess alongside members of the Thai royal family.
