Bangkok: Chatchart Sittipunt, the Bangkok gubernatorial candidate, recently campaigned in the Don Mueang area, emphasizing his commitment to introducing 100-hour online vocational training courses aimed at young individuals. During his campaign in the Saphan Poon and Rim Klong Prem communities, Chatchart received an enthusiastic reception, particularly from the youth. He shared his belief that providing platforms for self-expression and career opportunities is essential, especially as the traditional path of finding a job immediately after graduation evolves.
According to Thai News Agency, Chatchart, who is known as candidate number 9, expressed his satisfaction at being admired by young residents who view him as an inspirational figure. He reiterated that if elected for a second term, he intends to create environments conducive to self-expression and facilitate job placements. The proposed 100-hour online vocational training course aims to equip young people with practical skills needed in today's dynamic job market.
Furthermore, during Chatchart's visit, local residents voiced their concerns about the ongoing issue of severe traffic congestion in their area. This congestion is primarily caused by individuals from outside Don Mueang parking their vehicles on side streets, later using the BTS Skytrain for city travel. Residents are urging the prospective Bangkok governor to address this issue by installing no-parking signs, hoping to improve the area's traffic situation.
