MCOT Conducts Ceremony to Honor His Majesty the King’s 28th Birthday

Bangkok: MCOT Public Company Limited held a ceremony to offer blessings and best wishes on the occasion of His Majesty the King's birthday on July 28, 2026, pledging to be good employees and a force for the nation.

According to Thai News Agency, the event featured a merit-making ceremony with alms-giving to ten monks from Wat Phra Ram 9 Kanchana Phisek, held in front of the MCOT Public Company Limited administration building. Dr. Yada Kasayapanan, Acting President and CEO, along with MCOT executives and employees, participated in the event.

Following the merit-making ceremony, participants offered blessings and congratulations to His Majesty the King, pledging allegiance as good employees and a force for the nation in 2026. The event included the singing of the Royal Anthem and other songs praising the King, expressing loyalty and gratitude for His Majesty's numerous royal duties. These duties continue to preserve and build upon the benefits, security, and sustainability for all Thai people. The ceremony underscored a commitment to emulate His Majesty's example in performing duties for the benefit and well-being of the people and the country.
