Hat Yai: Crime Suppression Division police raided a large e-cigarette warehouse in the middle of Hat Yai City, seizing more than 1,000 items of evidence.

According to Thai News Agency, the Crime Suppression Division police targeted a substantial e-cigarette warehouse located in the heart of Hat Yai city, Songkhla province, which was unlawfully conducting sales via Facebook. The operation involved searches at four different locations, uncovering two containers used as storage for e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and related equipment.

The first raid occurred at a residence in the Kohong sub-district, where authorities discovered Mr. Phutthiphong, 39, the homeowner. During the search, e-cigarettes and e-liquids were found in a room beneath the stairs. Subsequently, a second property in Hat Yai Municipality was investigated, revealing that the second floor served as a storage area for e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and a large array of equipment ready for distribution. Additionally, it was uncovered that this location was producing its own e-liquids.

The cumulative evidence seized from both locations exceeded 1,000 items, marking it as the most extensive e-cigarette warehouse operation ever dismantled by officials in the Hat Yai district.
